Hi Lynn,

Have a look at our appeal resources

This youtube video should also be helpful

If the appeal does not go in your favour, you would only be able to reclaim ESA if you can show DWP that your condition has worsened since the initial decision or you have developed new ones.

No Thanks to this site. I went to my appeal. And what I had been asking for help about how does it go? What do they say? What do I wear? I asked for help. My doctor Citizens Advice my psychology doctor all agree I'm not fit for work. But because I also have autism and have trouble expressing explaining etc etc hardly any in for was passed on to them 8n the appeal yesterday. I thought they would use my medical proof my GP letter of proof and so on as my case that did not happen. They hadn't read any of it and that clear as there was an argument when the doctors said there's no proof to say you have a cyst on your spinal cord, we pointed it out in there's 2 that's TWO MRI'S print outs and the GP telling them, but they said I have no Proof! I had my sister there but they wouldn't allow her to speak even though she was listed as my appointed person. It was a complete fuck up. This site was a waste of time and money.

I am sorry that your appeal was so traumatic, but to say that this site has been of no help is harsh and incorrect. The site offers a wealth of written knowledge and the excellent advice given , by Gordon, Mrs Hurtyback, Bro58 and Shelam is always well informed and consistent. I know that I for one of many would be lost without this site and moderators for their continued help and guidance.
