Oh, I thought it was longer than 4 weeks (5 or 6) I wonder if it's changed since I was last assessed. If you only get four weeks then I'm probably worrying a little bit early.

But, if I do have to call Maximus at some point do I just ask if they know if I am due to get reassessed soon? Maximus should be able to tell me if there are delays without my having to get in touch with DWP?

Maximus will be able to tell you whether DWP have asked them to reassess you and whether a letter has been sent to that purpose. They will not be able to tell you whether DWP are backlogged.

Don't know if this'll help but Gordon on here provided me with following email address to enquire re whether my ESA form had been received? I sent mine back a week before due date of 04/11. I emailed on 22/11 and they replied quickly to say form yet to be seen by HP. Still waiting, it's horrendous isn't it.

I live in the Northwest, and I have not received ESA50 either. I have chased a couple of times and they could not give me a date for when I should be receiving.
