Hi Gordon
I phoned for my PIP2 form first thing Monday morning (10th Jan) I received a text from them first thing Tuesday morning ( 11th Jan ), stating that my form has been sent and to allow 7 days
It should have arrived by now, as 7 days are up today, not received it, is this normal practice with it?
As I'm worrying that my time scale is going to be lessened, and will have to phone to request a extension for it.
Do I give it another day or two or ring them today? if so do I go through the main number or free phone number?

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

They usually quote 7-10 days, but if you want to phone them now then it should be no problem.

Hi Gordon
I've still not received my PIP2 form I mentioned to you in earlier posts
DWP sent me a text on Tuesday 10th Jan saying it's been sent.
I know you mentioned it can take up between 7 to 10 days, they should have stated that too me, I was told to allow7 days
If it doesn't show up tomorrow
What is the correct number to phone number to enquiry about form been sent out please.
As letter they sent me stating my DLA is due to end, states to contact them by the 30TH Jan if I want to claim, so clocks now ticking.
This is really stressful as i'm hard of hearing, & struggle with phone calls..

I would ring them on Monday or get someone to ring on your behalf, you need to be present for the call to authorise the DWP to speak to the person but they can then take over the call.
If you find that you are running out of time then you contact the DWP for a two week extension.
PS - Please don't post your questions multiple time in the forum. All post are moderated and require a Mod to approve them into the forum and we are only online at certain times.
