update on phone call.. they think they have over paid hubby by 6 pounds and a few pence, since Oct 2015.. they say its not our fault but they `hadn't realized that i work. so now were going to get more forms to fill in, also they want all my wage slips back to then..

If they are accepting that it is their fault then they should not attempt to recover any of the money although they may offer you the opportunity to voluntarily pay it back.
There should be an on-going deduction from your ESA.
