new 20 page ESA ?

so we have been told by the compliance every thing was fine ,they sent all 2 years worth of my wage slips over to esa. which they told compliance it was all fine.. they then decided to send us another 8 pages of questions on where i work etc. and another 6 mths wage slips!!!!! so contacted them and because the hadn't got jan/feb was told to fill it in and send those to them.. (done) now today hubbys now got another letter saying his got another face to face on friday 7th april ..
i'm starting to feel like they have it in for us.

Most people have a face2face assessment, try not to take it personally!

i know but he had a face to face last year ,which we had to fight because they said he was fit to work. then they over turned that and put him in the support group.. last month he had a pip face to face. which turned out good as he now has care component as well as mobility ..both standard rate... think i'm just on a melt done at the mo .thanks

we have requested that the medical be recorded like the first one was. hubby said the person he spoke to sounded a bit vague ..question:- so if we get there and they dont have the recorder .can we refuse to go through with the medical ???? or do we have to do it without ..

I'm afraid the claimant has no absolute right to have the interview recorded and DWP do not accept lack of recording facilities on the day as 'good reason' for not going through with it
