So fed up ?

It may be because the last Decision was made by a Tribunal that a face to face has been scheduled as those assessing you may not have a full understanding of how they made their Decision, also If you have ticked that that your conditions have changed, even for the worse then this may have also invited the requirement.

Thanks Gordon for your reply( CAN SOME OF THIS POST BE CONFIDENTIAL AND NOT POSTED IN ITS ENTIRETY) I have read the decision notice from the tribunal it states In reaching its decision the Tribunal placed particular reliance upon the evidence of the appellant .

So fed up

Unless you requested a Statement of Reasons from the Judge then there will be no detailed record of what transpired at the hearing so I don't think you need to worry about the assessor having knowledge of these matters

As you filled in an AR1 it is possible that this will be included in the file sent to the assessor, but I can't say this for certain in either direction.

If you refuse to attend then this can only result in your claim being closed.

My recommendation is that you attend, if the subject comes up then you can refuse to provide more information, or even leave the assessment if you feel that you must, but if it is not brought up then you haven't missed out on keeping your claim open.

One thing if you attend, prepare a letter stating that you will not answer questions on this matter which you can hand to them if they start to go in that direction, that way you will not have to discuss the matter at all.
