DWP-Complaints, Appeals & Appeal Venue Finder. was created by Jim Allison BSc, Inst LE, MBIM; MA (Consumer Protection & Social Welfare Law)
The DWP website has been updated recently but unfortunately not all links are working.

As we receive a considerable amount of requests about making complaints about the various offices of the DWP, Tribunals Service etc. Using the link below should help provide information on who to complain to without having to post a query in the forum.

Complaints and Appeals

The Tribunals Service Venue Finder allows you to search for a tribunal venue near to where you live. You can also use it as a reference to find out information about the venue where your appeal will be heard. Venue Finder

Hopefully, this will be of help to members seeking advice on making complaints and appeals information.
