After the 365 days can you still claim ESA for your NI credits and would these count for making a new claim should ones condition get worse????

The requirement is that you maintain your Limited Capability for Work status, the NI credits and the ability to request a re-assessment for the Support Group are a result of this, rather than the other way around.
