What does "indefinite" mean in this particular context - is it (assuming there's no change in condition) a permanent decision, or is it a time period that's subject to review whenever the bureaucrats decide to do so?

Thanks Gareth -- my bad, ought to have searched....
So basically what they call "indefinite" is what anyone else might call "indeterminate".
