B

Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is

Welcome to Benefits and Work

Would you mind changing your forum name as it will be confusing to other members, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?

You mention lots of conditions but PIP is not about these it is about the limitations that result from these conditions, more specifically the issues that you have completing each of the PIP activities.

Have you looked at our PIP Claim guide?

www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/help-for-claimants/pip

Our PIP area also has documents for Appealing an adverse Decision.

If you need help understanding the criteria that you are being assessed against then reply to this post with your questions and we will do our best to help.

Hi B

As Gordon says, will you please change your name, because your post is just going to confuse people.

If they've said that the information you've provided is more clinical than functional, then even though you've said that you told the DWP and the Assessment Services about your difficulties - something is going wrong in the way you describe them and I think this is borne out by the fact that you've been refused on three occasions. I know it is maddening, but it's key that you get this part right. I don't know whether you have a friend or a family member who could help. It's always good to have someone to talk it over with.

Gordon has already given the link to how to appeal, but I would also suggest that you look at our PIP Guide. It's 110 pages and that may seem daunting. You don't need to read every page, but under each of the questions are examples of how people may answer the questions. This will give you an idea if you were answering the right way. You can put in for your appeal and you can say that you will be providing evidence later. That will give you the time to work on your answers and also receive your appeal pack from the DWP and see what they say.
