There will be no reviews or reassessments of benefits for three months from Tuesday 24 March.

Whether this will apply to a mandatory reconsideration I am not sure, I would certainly go ahead and submit it though

I literally just posted my DLA to PIP mandatory reconsideration letter yesterday, so I would be very grateful if you would post details of what is happening with them as soon as you have it. Just so I and others know what to expect - or not expect!

I'm very grateful for all your hard work - I'm sure your workload has just increased greatly. We are all very appreciative. THANK YOU ALL!

Hi
I was wondering if anyone can help with my query as I sent in my mandatory reconsideration letter at the end of February. Will they continue looking into this, as it is before 24th March, or will this now be postponed for a further 3 months?
Thanks and stay safe.

Hi

I have been trying to call DWP as I too, have put in an MR at the end of February which I know they have received as I sent it by tracked and signed for post but have not heard anything from them as yet.

I will keep trying to call them and if I get through will let you all know on the forum.
