TOPIC: Dodgy PIP assessment

Dodgy PIP assessment 1 week 2 days ago #220999

We have written to them to ask why they have given no reasons for some areas, and ask for the statement of reasons. Those were the areas looking to contest anyway. they have not given mobility but given 0 for that now so only need 2 more in care for an award.

The assessor is doing something strange with my ESA forms sent in, referring to them as a "GP letter' But haven't sent in a GP letter. It is a factual report (ESA113 and ESA85A forms) stating conditions and support group report. Any idea why they are doing this?

OB

Not really, it could just be the terms that they use.
