Hello Gordon
I have a email from CHDA confirming the referral was closed by them and returned to DWP on 18th Jan
DWP are saying although they can see it on the shared system they are waiting for the information ( I presume hard copy/ File) to be logged on, the lady mentioned this info gets transferred from each site via courier, and then they have to be logged on DWP system
She also mention there is approx 2000 referrals waiting to be logged on.
It just seems along time to be waiting for it getting logged onto DWP system.

After 32 weeks my decision letter has arrived
Support Group (CB)
Note at foot of page : No further assessments unless condition changes
Just like to thank you for the guides and help you provide, without which I personally would not have the knowledge or understanding on how to fill in the forms.
