Tribunal was created by Debbie
Hi just a little information needed my son has Asperger syndrome and adhd I applied for pip for him as he had a award of dla indefinite and it got refused wen through all the channels and went to his tribunal yesterday and it was still refused he did attend with me and a representative but they out security outside the door of the room we was about to enter and his anxiety got the better of him and he couldn't go in the room so they dealt with it on paper based as it had already had been requested to be done this way I feel this tribunal was totally unfair as the judge wrote that my son refused to go in a had no mental capacity stopping him going in I am disgusted and am thinking of taking this to the upper tribunal what does others think about this

You can only appeal to the Upper Tier Tribunal on the basis of an Error of Law, not because you disagree with the Decision they reached. The first stage to your doing this is for you to request a Statement of Reasons from the Judge in charge of the hearing. See
