DLA TO PIP was created by Andy
Had face to face 5 weeks ago, asked for copy of report a week later ( Not received it yet)
got a letter dated 30th Nov saying they had all info to make decision, so rang today 18th Dec to get update, was told they do not yet have assessment report and they have asked on 29th Nov for another copy to be sent ? so why did i get the letter stating they have it all !!
Not sure whats going on, i thought it was all computer led, where has the report gone ?

I would contact the Assessment Provider tomorrow to find our what they say.
I'm surprised the letter was sent by the DWP, like you I would only have expected to be sent if the DWP has received the report.

It's not impossible but I would expect them to still have a copy of the original report.
