I actually sent my complaint via email to the the chief exec, they must of handed it down to the district managers office, who have rung me and told me that they will reply in writing in reference to my complaint, I have been reffered to a different pathways to work adviser though, so at least I wont have to deal with my old one, I find this whole situation so stressful. Here is the email address of chief exec you may find that any complaint you send to them will get dealt with This email address is being protected from spambots. Thank you. This is helpful as he is the next on my list, especially as the post may now not be getting through it may be better to email.

Hi Missy,

If you recall when you asked for advice on who to complain to, I did include an e-mail address in This thread

Glad to hear you now have a new Pathways to Work Adviser, hope they treat you much better :)

Best wishes.

Jim

I have sent my complaint to the Chief Exec a couple of weeks ago using the contact details found on this thread, but have just come across this page www.direct.gov.uk/en/DisabledPeople/Fina...lsupport/DG_10034232 which says this is only the place to complain if you are concerned with

"Covered benefits

The Disability and Carers Service deals with claims for the following benefits:

* Disability Living Allowance
* Attendance Allowance
* Carer's Allowance
* Vaccine Damage Payments"

Have I complained to the wrong person as I was asking about ESA in my original query?

As far as I'm aware Terry Moran is the Chief Executive of the Pensions, Disability and Carers Service which includes pensions and all disability related benefits, including IB and ESA.

If I'm wrong, don't worry, it will be forwarded to the correct authority.

I think perhaps I should have sent it to the chief exec of Jobcentre Plus as my complaint is with the handling of my claim.
