ESA50 - Missing paperwork was created by kat50
I sent in a renewal ESA50 application in November 2017 as the DWP requested. On 19th January 2018 I sent in copies of new test results with a covering letter, that I did not have when I sent in the ESA50 to Wembley. I put my Name and NI number on everything and stapled it all together, and sent it recorded delivery.

I phoned today, ahead of my F2F this week, to make sure they had received it and they said they have not had it. I know it arrived 'somewhere' as I checked online for the signature.
If they do not have it with my file, what is likely to have happened to it. I am concerned that my personal information is laying around somewhere as it is not with my file! Is there anything I can do? The lady I spoke to didn't seem bothered.

In terms of the assessment process, take a copy with you and ask the assessor to read it and include it in your file when it is returned to the DPW.

As to the missing letter, give it a couple of days and then call again, I've seen some posts that there are considerable delays in receiving letters, etc. due to delays in the scanning system at Wolverhampton, so it may have been received but not yet scanned.

If it is still missing then consider a formal complaint while you are on the phone to them.
