I had a lot of surgery over the last 11 years that was for an issue created because of my disability. That surgery then has caused on going issues made my walking worse, shot balance to pieces etc.
This consultant was a foot and ankle consultant so not seeing me in relation to my cp.
Unfortunately he retired last year but I am due to have more surgery soon. Would you advise I find the copies of the notes over the years and submit them or would they be considered irrelevant.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hells
From your post these letters appear to document what the reasons for your current limitations with walking are, if I have understood correctly, then this would be good reason to include them.

Thank you Gordon will have to read through them all again and see. I can't remember if they specifically state the affect they have had on my walking as the consultant wasn't seeing me for my disability as such.
But they have contributed to how limited my walking and movements have become.

I am at the same stage. I rang as you did and was told somebody may contact me by phone in the next 14 days. I have received my form now and have not received a phone call but I too felt very wary about it. Good luck with your claim.

Received letter today have to do a face to face assessment on Tuesday. Am I able to take a copy of my pip form with me so I remember what I said?
Any other advice? Also how long after face to face does it roughly take to get a result.
They have had my pip form 2 weeks this Monday coming.
