The tortuous journey from DLA to PIP is at an end. Through my Medical Assessment and Mandatory Reconsideration, I've endured untruth after untruth from both ATOS and the DWP. In hindsight, I should have pressed for an audio recording. I had my oral appeal this week; my appeal took little over 5 minutes, where I was given enhanced mobility and enhanced daily living. If you're thinking of not going to appeal - then please think again.

Many congratulations on the Tribunal win.

It usually takes the DWP 5-8 weeks to process a Tribunal result, I would give them a call to make sure that they have received the Decision Notice.
