ESA support group success

I first applied for ESA in September 2016. I had not found benefitsandwork.co.uk at this point. WCA was set for 02/02/17.
Rescheduled to 27/02/17.
Rescheduled to 21/03/17.
Rescheduled to 15/05/17.

I was placed in the support group with a reward for 6 months.
Then I discovered benefitsandwork.co.uk

Reassessment came around and using the guides, I submitted the form plus supporting explanations and documents to the tune of 42 pages!

WCA assessment was on 13/02/18. We secretly recorded it on a small device that looks like a usb drive - just in case. (I’m not necessarily recommending this!)
The Assessor asked the usual kinds of things and after about 20 minutes, asked us to wait in the reception while she checked something with her supervisor.
Before we went, I asked specifically about each of the different categories that I thought I should score on, in turn, and she answered each time with “its ok, we have enough information, we’ve got that covered”.

I then asked about the physical test things that I did last time and she said it was not necessary, and she didn’t want to make things worse for me by asking me to do them.
My letter arrived today, and I am still in the support group but this time it’s for 18 months.

I am so pleased. The information in the guides was so useful, I’m sure that’s why things went so well this time. Thank you so much for providing these resources at such an affordable cost.
I am now going to try for PIP!

I nearly forgot........ I got chatting to another claimant while waiting for my WCA, and I gave her the web address for benefitsandwork.co.uk. She thanked me and said it sounded like just what she needed! I’m even thinking I might take a few slips of paper next time to give the details to other claimants.
