Forgive me, but from your previous post you only requested the MR three days ago!

If you are at the appeal stage and this was your first Fit for Work Decision or the first since you had an award of ESA, then you can claim ESA at the Assessment rate while you wait for a hearing.

You need to have received notice that your appeal has been accepted by the Tribunal Service, then contact the DWP office that dealt with your ESA and ask for your ESA to be reinstated.

You will need to provide Fit Notes, ideally from the day after your ESA was stopped.
