assessment rate of esa was created by andypandy
Having had my esa stopped in November 2017 and having a mandatory decision notice not to change anything I have now taken my esa to an appeal hearing. I have been to see my doctor who gave me a sick note which he backdated to the 3rd November 2017.I have sent this to the department dealing with my claim by registered post and asked to be paid at the assessment rate of esa until my appeal is heard. This was over three weeks ago and I still have not received any payment. I have not had any money now since November 2017 and bills are building up also i have had letters from different departments demanding payments for dentist and prescription charges because they say that I am no longer on esa .The dss seems to be doing everything possible forcing me to come of esa. What can i do to get a payment from them i have telephoned only to be told my claim is being processed they are quick stopping money but very slow paying out. Any ideas on what to do next i am at breaking point
