Mandorory apeal

Mandorory apeal was created by nanaree
I'm a bit confused I got awarded standard rate care but no disibility . There are 3 things I disagree with on form I've asked cab to do mandatory for me it's taking till 12th mch to get app with them but I got letter dated on 14th Feb do i need to phone and tell them im appealng or just wait till the 12th to see advisor from cab. Sorry if ghis is not allowed

You can always make a Late request is necessary, I would hold off doing anything until you see an advisor as your making your own request for an MR may mean that they won't help you.

Thx for reply gordon the cab will put mandorory appeal in for me I copied what I wrote so will take it with me I was just unsure if I had to contact dwp and say I want a mandorory or how it gets done .I'm not good on computor and can't seem to follow things on here I hope it's ok for me to ask these questions
