Contact the Assessment Provider to find out what is holding up the report being sent to the DWP, I would have expected it to be filed within a day or two after the assessment.

They just said it had not been submitted as yet and it could take upto two weeks, which is ludicrous or am I on the wrong page here?

Gordon the number I phoned to request and find out where the report is, was this number 0800 121 4433 this is the PiP Help line, is this correct?

No you need to phone the Assessment Provider ATOS (now IAS) or Capita, not the DWP, the number will be on the letter your received inviting you to an assessment.

Morning Gordon, I phoned CAPITA this morning and asked what the holdup was re the report, they said the report and file are with the Senior Health Professional to make sure there is enough information before passing to DWP, I asked how long this should take they said it should be by the end of this week or next, so still non the wiser on this unless you have any thoughts.
