I am completing the PIP Claim form and have come to Question 14 (Moving around outside) The distance I am able to walk varies from day to day. Therefore I am unsure which distance to tick. Should it be the shortest I am able to complete or the longest which is just a little bit further. I am not sure how this would score on the points receptor. Could you please advise and give me your thoughts on this. A quick reply would be most welcome as I need to complete the form and return it, shortly.

You should tick the distance that you can reliably walk on the majority of days. If you are still in doubt then mark the tick boxes "see below" and explain the distance in the comments box or attached sheets
