What’s the difference between a RW and HP

Our MR claim is all but completed, we’re planing to post Wednesday or Thursday with next day delivery

There is one last question I would ask: what’s the difference between a RW and a HP?

My reason for asking we had a PBA (on MH grounds) and the actual assessment report is signed by A.Person physiotherapist and she is defined as a Report Writer.

Calls were made to our Psychiatrist by B.Person who was described in one place as a DA (which I take to mean Disability Assessor) and in another place as Clinical Coach

I’m wondering why two people were involved in this report: the one writing the report and the one making the phone calls. Is this normal practise?

I’m asking because I would want to mention it in the MR

When was the call made? If it was before the report was written then it could have been by someone checking to see whether the PBR was appropriate or not.

Issues with the assessment report can be important, but you are most likely to get the Decision revised by showing that you meet the criteria.

Thanks Gordon. The two calls were made before the report was written.

On the first occasion the consultants secretary said report would be written after the next appointment. That appointment was cancelled (the DA wording), on the second occasion the secretary informed the DA that the consultant didn’t do call backs for PIP
