ESA renewal

There's no legal requirement for an ESA50 to be issued nor is there a requirement for a F2F to carried out if there is an intention to make an award.. They can of course also defer your assessment.

My recommendation is to contact the DWP office dealing with your claim and find out what they are going to do, that way you won't be left worrying about what might happen.
