so are you saying that it is back to the original wording
because this means a huge difference for me
and many I am guessing

so that d) would now just say any unfamiliar journey without another person etc

it says on the doc I was reading that it is dated 23may 2018
is there a more recent one then?

The 23 May version is the latest, however, I've done some more checking and the legislation from March last year has not been repealed and there are no updates that I can see to the guidance that DM's are using as of a couple of minutes ago.

It is important to understand that it is not overwhelming psychological distress that will allow a claimant to score for (d) and (f) it is cognitive impairment that results from overwhelming psychological distress that will.

Definitely, it's very unlikely that it will have been included in your file for this assessment.

do you know what evidence they will use that they already have? if any?
will they use the previous pip form? medical reports?
or do I have to basically re write (on extra sheets) all the answers I gave 2 years ago, where they are the same?
surely since it is a 'review' form they should compare it to previous or am I being naïve?
