My husband won pip with tribunal in 2016 until Feb next year both high rate ,they ask to fill the form march this year and if he had any change and we send the form telling them the only change is we moved in top floor flat with not lift (third ) and he is treatment are continued I send them a letter 7 page long which I am sure they didn't readed explaining everything I is possibile I can send that letter to you and you can have look tasked them not happy with desision he score 10 point daily and 10 point mobility

What were the Decision Makers reasons for reducing the award they would be listed in the Decision Letter?

My husbent have been in hight rate for both component of dla and in 2016 he wan the tribunal and he was back again on hight rate for both until Feb next year but in March they send the form to check if it was any change we sand the form back letting them know the only change was us moving on top floor flat not by chose with not lift in the building they reduce the pip on standert for both he score 10 point on daly living and 10 point on mobility i calls them and told we not happy with decision and this time I wrote a 7 page leter very profession telling them every thing about my husband illnes histori the melds and explain how they effect him and his family if you want I can send that letter to you and you can have look when I done wrong my husband suffers with complex disabilities sight los haring Los tumor in brain arthritis on low back and right hip hight blood pressure hight cholesterol he is diabetic and in 2015 he was admitted to mental hospital and still take medic for that he refuse to take them but I am worried he will be back in hospital and I mix them with food I receive the letter today saying he still will get the standard rate please help

He didn't score any point on comunication and no point mix with other people when he need me to be interpreter 24/7
He score only 10 point on mobility standing and moving 20 m but not more then 50
They deny that he need assistance of a person or dog following unfamiliar journy

SO going back to my previous questions

Can you explain what you mean by the hearing aid not working? Is it physically not working or do you mean that it does not improve his hearing.

He should be assessed on his total hearing capability, you mention problems on his left side, what about the right?

What problems does he have with his sight?

What problems does he have following a route?

You mention an assistance dog, has he been assessed for this?

His haring aid don't improve his haring he have haring test last week and the left one completely gone and the right one is started to reduce at Kings college hospital when he is been looked after from neurologyst team from his tumor explain they maybe help him with a method called crossover
Sight problem he have genetic desise called "best desises" and have civ certificate for that
In 2015 he have a episod he was lost in the place he lived for 17 years he didn't know where he was and who it was picked from the police and I was looking for him all day he didn't have any id with him at time and hate carry a mobafon he was taken to mental hospital who was betten from other patient there
No he has not apply for dog cos I am always with him I don't let him out my side
