You can include what information you want but a photo is unlikely to have the effect you hope for. You will need to make sure that the photos are clearly of your body, this will mean take a wider shot so that your face and the injury are in the same shot before zooming in and with any piece of evidence that you include, you must explain it's relevance to your problems with completing the PIP activities.
