E S A assessment was created by tina
I went for my first work conversation down the job centre.i filled in the about me form.then the officer took me to theire desk were she started typing on computer.she hardly asked any questions,didnt fill in other forms.i was there less than 10 mins.the officer then just said thank you for coming.i basically just sat there no questions asked.she just said good luck.is this normal.

I've moved your post to its own topic, we ask members not to post their questions in other member's topics as it can lead to the wrong advice being given or taken.

It's not normal but it does happen when the JC+ advisor does not believe that there is any reasonable prospect of your finding work.

do the jc/ adviser have a say when it comes to making a decision about if you should be put on esa,after yr conversation meeting
