I am desperately trying to complete my ESA50 for a review of my award. I’ve had health problems/conditions for over 20 years and have been on ESA support for some time. I just don’t know what letters/evidence to send in when I have so many hospital/drs letters-can you please give me some guidance?

You will have to decide on what you send but consider the following;
- newer is better than older - future appointment letters show on-going treatment but old ones are of little value - diagnosis letters are important - you only need your latest prescription repeat - notes from GP appointments are usually of little value unless something important was discussed
