Hello,
i got a letter which is about ESA, We need to decide if you might be eligible for Income-related ESA from 11/07/13, i was transfrered from IB to Contributory ESA I'm in the support group and PIP higher also i do Permitted work
regarding esa3(ibr) form part 3: about work, pages 4 and 5.
do i need to fill in part 3 if i do Permitted work or just tick no
kind regards W

I would complete the section by mark it as Permitted Work and therefore disregarded, otherwise you risk them coming back to you about the PW.

thank you for your reply there is no tick box for to mark it as Permitted Work
should I just write on the page This Work is Permitted work
the question that is asked
Have you done any work since the date we've put on the front of this form yes or no
if no go to part 4
if yes please tell us about this below
employer's detail, hours days worked etc

Include a statement that the work is being carried out as Permitted Work and has been previously declared to the DWP and that any income is disregarded.
If you don't complete this section on the form and it is viewed at a later date and out of context to the ESA(IR) back payments then it could cause you problems
