What to do after failing tribunal? was created by DEE VEE
I have claimed PIP and gone all the way to tribunal but the tribunal didn't change DWP decision. I feel that the panel didn't consider the effects of my mental health. Just don't know what to do now? I have been waiting a year for the tribunal and now I'm thinking should I have submitted a supersets ion during that time?I'm completely lost. Please help.

You can take your appeal further but not because you disagree with the Decision, only because you can show that there was an Error of Law in the making of the Decision. See

What is an Error of Law?

The first stage of this process is for you to request a Statement of Reasons from the Judge in charge of your hearing

Tribunals – Requesting a Statement of Reasons

Or, you can report a Change of Circumstances by writing to the DWP office dealing with your claim but I would first understand where you can score the extra points that you need for a higher award, whilst you might disagree with the views of the Tribunal panel you need to consider why they did award you higher and how you might now show that you should.

If you do send a letter then I recommend that you use a Tracked post so that you have proof of delivery.

Understand that reporting a change will result in a new Decision on your claim which will supersede your current award, whatever it is.
