Failed PIP at mandatory reconsideration was created by Jackie
Very distressed to find I have not won my MR for PIP. As I have just been referred to a number of new departments for treatment will this be considered at Tribunal? They are not new health conditions just that waiting times were long for appointments. Will there be a lot more preparation to do for Tribunal? Exhausted and haven't started yet.
I used the guides carefully for both my transfer from dla to pip and the Mr so very disappointed to be at this stage but any further help would be appreciated, Thank you.

I'm afraid revision rates at appeal are low, it usually takes something significant to get the Decision increased.
An appeal panel may consider the referrals as part of their deliberation as they are in connection with conditions that you were suffering from when the Decision was made but I think it unlikely that they will look at the treatment itself as it post-dates the Decision, however, you cannot do any harm to your appeal by mentioning it in your submission.

Sorry, I think my message may have been a little unclear as I am not asking for a longer time of pip award but for an award of points on the Care components.
My understanding was there is a good chance of change at Tribunal?
Also as to whether we will have much to do to prepare submission for Tribunal once we receive the paperwork from the MR decision?

Forgive me if I am a little bit confused but I did not suggest you were looking for a longer award
There is a good chance of the Decision being revised if you are able to show that you meet the criteria.
How much work there will be will depend on how many points you actually scored and what you were aiming for and how far away from the criteria that those assessed you believed you to be.
There are template submission in the MR and Appeals Submissions document in the PIP area.
