Hello,

My mum had a home visit on Friday however the lady only asked about the Mental Health side of things and nothing on the physical however my mother has both? Is this because they already have enough evidence on the physical side and just need more points to gain the higher level of support she should be on? Trying to work out if this is looking in our favour... anxious for the 6 week wait for the result as this has been a horrific experience.

It could be, most assessors are happier with physical issues than mental health ones. If this is for a PIP claim then you should be able to request a copy of the assessment report by contacting the DWP office dealing with her claim, I would leave it until Wednesday to ensure that the report has been logged as received.
