It's entirely up to you what you include but experience from the forum suggests that JC+ staff often do not actually understand the criteria for the Support Group when they suggest to claimants that they should be in it.

Couple more things, how long on average does one have to wait for a reply from them. They received my letter last thursday.
Also I have read online there are cases where the DWP can refuse your right to appeal. How does this happen? Got me abit worried again.

MRs usually take 5-8 weeks.
The DWP cannot refuse a claimants right of appeal, they have done so in the past where an MR was submitted Late and they did not accept the reasons for this but this was an illegal act on their part as confirmed by the UTT.

I normally receive ESA every 2 weeks £223.30, but did not get a payment 2 weeks ago or this week, but I got £446.60 today. Seems to be a correction payment.
