Hi, I have just received a PIP review letter even though my award doesn't end until Nov 19. Is it OK to write no change under the criteria that I am awarded for or do I need to complete all of the info all over again and answer how it affects me and what support I need etc?

I'm afraid, nearly all PIP awards are reassessed a year in advance of the award ending.

Our PIP Claim guide has a section on the AR1 form and covers some of the issues in completing it.
