TOPIC: When is Scotland doing its own PIP?

When is Scotland doing its own PIP? 5 months 2 weeks ago #220616

I know Scotland are going to be doing their own pip assessments and awards. Time will tell if it is fairer or not. The big advantage it seems to me is that they are not using private companies for assessing.
I just wondered about the timescale? I thought I had heard 2020....but not sure.

From what I can see 2020 is the earliest, see the following, scroll down to the bottom.
