WCA evidence was created by Lisa
I have my WCA coming up and it’s got my anxiety in overdrive, it’s all I can think about! I’m wanting to gather evidence and was wondering if I could use some of my pip appeal evidence such as gp factual report and report from psychiatrist ( both from 2015) I also have some of my medical records. My gp would also give me a short statement/ note as I can’t afford a proper one. Would any of these be worth submitting and what would my gp need to include
I also had to ring crisis team yesterday as all of this is getting on top of me

Yes, you can use the information from your PIP Appeal but you will need to explain its relevance to your ESA claim, although there are areas of overlap the criteria can still be quite different.

You need to your GP to explain what problems you have and how severe they are in regard to the ESA activities listed on the form.

More questions from me !
If my gp is willing to provide a letter of support regarding the “ substantial risk” for lcwra, which I think she will, should I take it to assessment or wait until I see what the outcome is ? Or can I take a self written statement stating why I should be placed in this group? Or should I do both ?

I would do both, take a copy to the assessment but also send one to the DWP office dealing with your claim.
