UC85 form was created by Claire

Just wondering if anyone knew when the UC85 form can be requested, just spoken to dwp & was told I am unable to get it until a decision has been made.

Do I need to call a different department other than UC?

Although there is no legal reason for withholding it, the DWP will not release the assessment reports for UC or ESA before the Decision is made.
