Can I ask how long after your decision letter can you put in an MR? I understood from DWP that you have one month? I'm considering going through a company called fightback4justice as I just don't cope well with forms. They told me I have 13 months. Is there a service offered here that doesn't involve me and my ADHD brain having to try and understand what means what?
I also have a congenital disability and have lost almost everything! High rate mobility and middle rate care DLA down to standard rate mobility only. On top of losing everything I now no longer qualify for help with housing and council tax, I lose working tax credits too so not only has my 'income' been cut by more than half, I have to pay out more. I think I am in that situation where I can no longer afford to come to work. I work p/t but think that is making me even worse off. Help, just help.

The normal time within which an MR request is required is one month from the date on the Decision Letter, however, you can make a Late request up to 13 months after the Decision, you will need to provide your reasons for the request being Late and the DWP can reject these but you can still continue on to appeal if you wish.
