MR reconsideration appeal, What docs to send if an was created by fastmoggy
Hi, Still going through all the paperwork and reading the guide for MR reconsiderations and appeals.
WE now have made a note of everything we want to contest with descriptors they used.
Firstly should we also put down the descriptors that we feel should apply and supply evidence which they already have, or just quote the relevant 'numbered' evidence page?
When complete will be sending it back as 'tracked' post so we can see it's journey and ensure it gets there so no disputes it never got sent.

You can refer to evidence that you have already sent rather than sending it again, this also helps to undermine the report by implying that the assessor may not have considered it when they write the report.
If you have news evidence then obviously send this with the request.

Thankyou, we feel confident that the MR appeal letter is now complete thanks to you and the information available on this site.
Will be phoneing them to advise them of our intentions before sending document by 'tracked' post so nothing is left to chance.
We really hope that this will reinstate her pip to what it was but as we all know sometimes you have to fight for what is right so again, thanks for all your help and hope to convey good news.
