Can I trust the DWP?

Can I trust the DWP? was created by KRW
Like a lot of folks these days the DWP have assessed me initially at PIP 0 points and after a mandatory review 19. The reviewer claimed I could walk between 20 and 50 meters in his opinion... During this whole fascicle situation 'no assessor' has ever asked me to stand up from my wheelchair, let alone try to walk... This is beyond belief....

So I have decided to let the courts give their opinion.

The tribunal service documentation said I do not need to send any evidence already sent to the DWP....

So to my questions are to those that my have been down this path:

1, Should I trust the DWP to send all the evidence I sent them or should send my own regardless of their guidance saying I should not?

2. The evidence I sent to the DWP was in form of a document, with a timeline of events and a synopsis of my treatment and condition through the years. If just the evidence in this document is extracted (i.e. medical records) and sent without the synopsis, some main facts could be diluted... Would the DWP do this?

1. the DWP submission to your appeal will contain all of the evidence they used in the making of the Decision when you receive your copy you can check if anything is missing and submit it to the Tribunal Service if it is.

2. No

KRW, please let us know how you get on. I am in the exact same situation - the assessor claiming that I could walk between 20 and 50 meters despite not asking me to stand up from my wheelchair or walk. Since my Mandatory Reconsideration has come back without any change in award, I also need to go to Appeal.
