PIP REVIEW 1 YEAR EARLY? was created by 10greenbottles
Hello
My pip claim is ok until nov 19' but I've received a 24 page reward review form. is this the norm?
Also my conditions have worsened after 2 major surgeries a couple of years ago resulting in kidney problems and osteoporosis which I didn't have before.
I don't know all the medical details as my dr never tells me much, that that I have it now.
life for me is just trying to stay alive.
i don't know how to fill the form in explaing how things have worsened... where do I add this info? and do I repeat all the same details (descriptors)as the first time I claimed as nothings changed for the better?
just typing this is making ny arms hurt.
Thanks

Nearly all PIP awards are reassessed a year in advance of the award ending.

Our PIP Claim guide covers completing the AR1 Review form and the issues that it raises.

ok thank you

I had an adult care plan done which I scored 1=complete support required.
will this be good supporting evidence?
this was 6 months ago though and I've since moved, will this matter?
I doubt ill be able to get another done with the new add before cut off form return date

Definitely include it but it appears to be making general recommendations and the PIP criteria is very specific, so whilst I think it will help it will not excuse you from explaining your problems with completing the PIP activities in detail,

Hello
I was awarded pip years ago. enhanced in daily living and mobility.
I have evidence from drs ( several test results/new diagnosis) showing how my health has declined since then and detailed letter from my dr again explaining in detail how ill I am .i just wonderd should I send the care plan too or will it all be too much/not needed ?i read on this that sometimes you can send too much documentation making things too complicated?
Thabks

Also was unable to fill the form in in detail so did the best I could. A bit jumbled with several mistakes .-forgetfulness. Will this have a negative effect on the decision?

Lastly how long do they take to make a decision after the forms are returned ? Thabks
