Interview at Job Centre was created by Morag22
Hello, I haven't been able to work for almost 20yrs due to ongoing conditions. Today a letter arrived saying 'I Must' attend an interview at he Job Centre. It gives no information, Im terrified and started shaking when I read it. Any ideas at all of what may be going on please?

Esa I am in the sick list group. Started claiming around 20 osd years ago. Also get Pip and DLA. I think they are foing to say I have been overpaid? I have been through x2 investigations already, both times rhey exonerated me apologised and in one case gave me £300 compo.It makes me so ill though just the thought of another assult courae to go through..thank you so much for your reply much appreciated

Forgive me but there is no such thing as the "sick list group" it is either the WRAG or the Support Group and you can only be receiving DLA or PIP, not both.
Why do they think you have been overpaid, do you have other income?

Hello Gordon, Its the support group. Yes a v small private pension which I have always told them about. They have had copies of p45 etc etc.
I receive Pip.
Also get my mortgage paid, well in the form of a loan.

Have you tried contacting the JC+ person you are seeing for further information, it may be possible to deal with the issue over the phone.
