pip application was created by cliveb
hi, I recently had my application to transfer from dla to pip. before I could complete it I suffered a heart attack and was hospitalised. my wife completed the form on my behalf and I signed it in hospital and it was posted. my question is what do I do now about this new medical problem I have? do I submit it separately? or do I just leave it? any help would be grateful as I am already stressed about the original application. thankyou.

If you have suffered additional limitations from your heart attack then you should document them in relation to the PIP activities and send a copy to the same address as you did the PIP2.

To be considered, they need to have existed for three months and be reasonably likely to continue for a further nine months but even if this is not the case I would still mention them.
