Hi,
Thanks to the advice on this site I have received notice today that I have won the appeal I attend on Tuesday after a wait of 14 months, moved from WRAG to Support group, PHEW, Thank You.
However the Tribunal has made no recommendation for my next medical assessment and I have been reading some other peoples success stories and they all seem to have been given a time frame, 12 months or 2 years etc etc.
Is there any reason why I haven't been given this or am i just reading too much into it.?

First of all, congratulations on winning your appeal, well done.
It usually takes 5-8 weeks to process a Tribunal Decision, I would give them a call next week to confirm that they have received the Decision Notice.
ESA is an indefinite award with scheduled reassessment, as such, there is no award length for the Tribunal panel to set, it is likely that the date set for your WRAG award will be used.

Thank You Gordon.
I did receive a medical questionnaire a few weeks ago as my original WRAG assessment was to be reviewed after a year.
I did get this medical assessment cancelled as i argued that I was still appealing original decision, this was excepted.
SO does that mean i COULD get called up any day again for another medical assessment.
I dot think I could take the stress !!!

Are you sure that your reassessment was cancelled, your appealing the WRAG Decision would not be a reason to do this?

The Letter reads"In light of the contents of your letter I (CHDA) contacted the DWP office dealing with your claim.
The DWP has advised me they should not have made the referral and therefore they have closed this on their referral system
As a result of this your appointment for the 19th October has been cancelled.
