Thanks I will just await tribunal I’ve already waited this long
Back to my first query, my son also cares for his older brother who gets pip and also in support group. He doesn’t claim Carers Allowance as his big brother lives alone and gets severe disability element and don’t want to mess his benefits up that’s why he is going to claim it for me as he still lives at home with me. He does way more than 35 hours a week having us 2 too look after bless him

He won't be able to claim CA until you have a PIP award that includes the Daily Living component. If this is awarded by your Tribunal then he should be able to backdate his CA claim to the same date as your PIP is awarded from providing he can show that he has provided 35 hours of care throughout the period you have waited for a hearing.

But he can receive Carers element of universal credit for his caring of older brother who does receive pip ? Will this remove his sanction when he explains it to them yet again ?

My understanding is that receiving the Carers Element under UC means that the caree would would lose any SDP that they receive.
