Am I correct to assume that the Tribunal will receive a copy of both my original "Personal Independence Payment - How your disability affects you" form and the "CRMR1 - If you disagree with a decision made by theDepartment for Work and Pensions" mandatory reconsideration form?
The DWP submission should contain, amongst others, your PIP2 and any documents you attached to it and your MR request and any documents that you attached to that.
